A small loaf of raison bread for the weekend – or how about a large loaf of rye bread for a few days? With the BACKMEISTER® Compact Plus all options are yours. With 13 programs – one that can be programmed for marmalade or jam and one that can be programmed individually – this bread baking machine offers all the prerequisites for 500 to 1000 gram loaves (by the way, gluten-free variants are easily possible). Bread size and degree of browning can be selected. With the timer button everything can be pre-programmed for up to 13 hours!

Baking pan and kneader have a high-quality ceramic Whitford coating and are enclosed in a chic stainless steel housing. Technically, the appliance leaves nothing to be desired: An illuminated LCD display, touch panel, timing belt drive, stable non-slip feet and a warming function for up to approx. 60 minutes are standard. And so are the accessories: Measuring cup, measuring spoon, dough hook remover and the operating instructions with recipes. Really practical: in the event of a short-term power failure, the power failure protection circuit is activated – after an interruption of up to 20 minutes, the BACKMEISTER® Compact Plus seamlessly continues with the program that was started.
